CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA — STUDY-ABROAD COUNSELLING REQUEST

The Korean Education Center in Ho Chi Minh City collects and uses personal data as follows in order to receive and answer counselling requests.
- Data collected
- Name, telephone number, email, the content of your request, and the information contained in any attachment
- Purpose of use
- Receiving and answering counselling requests, notifying you when an answer is posted, and contacting you about the counselling
- Retention and use period
- Destroyed five years after the counselling is completed
You may refuse this consent. If you do not consent, however, your counselling request cannot be posted.
The personal data collected are not used beyond the purpose stated above and are not provided to third parties. They are stored on the website servers located in the Republic of Korea; further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
